We chose to work with Interior Office Concepts because of their excellent service and willingness to work within our unique system. We initially thought that this type of service was not available in the Rogue Valley and called upon furniture suppliers outside the state. This proved to be a fruitless endeavor and we were somewhat frustrated by the search. I reluctantly called Interior Office Concepts to see if they were able to provide what we needed. Not only were they able to provide what we needed, but they went above and beyond our expectations. They were willing to think 'nationally' and help us build a furniture package to offer our franchisees. Originally this was just a way to provide necessary furnishings to our franchisees; however since the service was so good it became a sales tool that we utilize in order to bring a franchisee on board. Now when we have buyers come in from out of town, we always stop in and visit the showroom at Interior Office Concepts to let the buyers meet the suppliers. We are very pleased with the excellent service that truly went beyond normal business practices. We continue to do business with Interior Office Concepts and plan to continue for a very long time.
