Offering over 32 years of combined commercial furnishings experience our Sales Consultants are here for you.  Whether your project is a new building, an office expansion or simple department reorganization you can count on Interior Office Concepts.

Throughout the relationship your IOC Sales Consultants will work to familiarize you with valuable product knowledge.  It is important that you, our client, understand your options and the advantages or disadvantages presented in order to make informed decisions in a timely manner throughout the project.  Using a three step process this is what you can expect:

Step 1 - Intelligent Planning

At Interior Office Concepts we understand the importance of a pleasing, well organized and comfortable office environment.  How it impacts profitability and how it greatly improves your ability to attract and hold top-notch personnel.

Our professional consultants will meet with you and your representatives to determine your current needs by discussing a variety of topics including budget development, future growth plans, design elements, ergonomic issues and space planning.  We will listen carefully while you describe your operation as-well-as ask valuable questions to make skillful evaluations regarding your business model and how IOC can exceed your needs and expectations.

 

Step 2 - Layout, Fabrics and Finishes Selection

 

Using the information gathered during the preliminary meeting your Sales Consultant & Project Management team will quickly move into action preparing the following for your next meeting:

  1. Assemble interior palette choices for fabric and finish samples.

  2. Select furniture literature and specifications designed to meet your needs.

  3. Provide seating and equipment samples if needed.

  4. Make contact with architects and contractors for architectural floorplans and timelines.

  5. Direct our AutoCAD department in preparing several layout options demonstrating what can be achieved in your space.

Once this process is complete your Sales Consultant will schedule a meeting to review the items selected, explain the selection process and layout options, and work with you to make final selections.

 

Step 3 - Final Product Installation

 

Your IOC Team will coordinate receiving, storage and staging in preparation for your installation.  Once your entire purchase arrives to our warehouse, we will schedule to deliver and install based on time frames and building availability.  Once the installation is complete we will participate in a final walk-through with you to be sure that you are satisfied.  Team IOC is only as good - as you are happy!
